  • 会员2943：酒店服务绝对五星级，接送站及时，师傅态度好，大堂礼宾一个子高挑的漂亮小姐姐多次确认送程信息，认真负责。酒店有免费夜宵，房间小冰箱饮料免费享用并及时补充。另特别感谢王豪杰先生！因不知龙门高铁站禁止携水果刀上车，陪伴本人多年的一把瑞士军刀被安检查获，本人尝试电告酒店询问是否可派人从车站取回并邮寄回来，酒店当天就派员去车站。王豪杰先生经多方询问方取回军刀，并及时联系本人，当晚就找外递邮寄，必须给五星好评！
